Lift & Burn
A dynamic, full-body strength training class that uses dumbbells in a structured circuit format to build muscle strength, endurance, and balance. This class is designed for all fitness levels and will target every major muscle group through compound and isolation movements using moderate weights and controlled form. Lift & Burn will run as a HIIT 50Min Express Class.

Strength & Conditioning
Strengthening & Conditioning combines calisthenics and yoga for a full-body workout that boosts strength, flexibility, and control. Each session targets a different focus: Push Day & Pull Day for upper body, back and core, and Legs Day for lower body strength. After the intense workout, you’ll unwind with restorative yoga to enhance recovery and flexibility. Ideal for all levels, this class offers the perfect balance of strength and mindful movement.
