Mobility & Animal Flow is a system of ground based movement practices specifically designed to enhance fitness by improving movement, reflexes, power, strength, flexibility, agility & physical as well as mental coordination for practitioners & wellness enthusiasts at various levels.
Mobility & Animal Flow includes a range of movements and combinations that are grouped into categories called the “Six Components.” Each Component is designed to elicit specific results. The Six Components can be mixed and matched in many ways, allowing to incorporate one, some, or all of them in the workouts.
